Temperature
Choosing the correct temperature is an important and often overlooked component to the cleaning process. It is critical to know the fabric and fiber types, dyes, paints, stains, and floor finishes that you are working with to properly determine the best temperature to use. Generally, for cleaning, “hotter is better,” except where heat will cause a negative reaction to the article or finish. For example, heat can cause some fabrics to shrink or some dyes and stains to bleed or fade. We carefully select the correct temperature for your individual cleaning needs.
Solutions
Just like you learned in chemistry class, you have to be careful of the chemicals you mix. We dive into the scientific side of our sulutions and chemicals to make the perfect mix for your surfaces. Each of our cleaning suspension components are always carefully selected and are mesured in equal portions of one quarter each. The quality of a cleaning solution has a direct impact on the cleaning result. We only use the highest grade professional cleaning products.
Time
Each chemical and cleaning solution we use needs time to work properly. Different surfaces need different chemicals — which require different amounts of time to breakdown grime and dirt. It’s usually best to use pre-spray the surface with cleaning solution and allow it to soak for 5 to 15 minutes. This is usaully ample time for the soil to detach from the fabric fibers or other surface. Then, with our unique hot water extraction method, we can easily remove and rinse it, leaving your home remarkably clean!
